A special CBI court (Ayodhya matter) here today has issued Non-bailable Warrant(NBW) against BJP MPs Sakshi Maharaj and Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh and four others in the Babri mosque demolition case.<br /><br />In all, NBWs were issued against 6 people while 4 others are -- Amarnath Goyal, Jai Bahadur Goyal, Ramchandra Khatri and Pawan Pandey (ex MLA), sources here said.<br /><br />Special CBI Court (Ayodhya matter) Chandramauli Tiwari issued the NBW when these accused did not turn up in the court for the past two years.<br /><br />The case number 162/92 of Demolition is under trial against 22 accused including the 2 BJP MP's in the CBI special court in Lucknow.<br /><br />The case was against 42 people but now several accused have died and now only 22 are left.<br /><br />A separate case is under trial against 7 others in the Rai Bareli special court where the court had recorded the statements of the witnesses<br /><br /><br /><br />For More information on this news visit : http://www.newsx.com/<br />Connect with us on Social platform at : http://www.facebook.com/newsxonline<br />Subscribe to our YouTube Channel : http://www.youtube.com/newsxlive
