In a major safety lapse, the doors on one side of a moving Delhi Metro train remained open as it failed to close at the right time.<br /><br />The incident took pace on the yellow line that operates from Jahangirpuri to Huda City Centre stations.<br /><br />"The doors remained open between the Arjan Garh and Ghitorni stations.
