Congress general secretary Janardan Dwivedi on Monday said an organization should have the ability to listen to its workers and not just have one-way communication, a remark that comes in the wake of the party seeking an explanation from a senior leader for advising the Gandhi family to take a two-year break from politics. <br /><br />"I do not talk about individuals.
