Rajya Sabha questions the absence of MPs -- cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and actor Rekha. <br /><br />Rajya Sabha deputy chairman P J Kurien said both Sachin and Rekha are yet to cross the 60-day threshold. "The seats can be declared vacant if members are absent for at least 60 days," he added. <br /><br />RS MP Javed Akhtar said, "The membership of Parliament is not a trophy.
