In a recent incident in Chandigarh, a traffic policeman, who had attempted to stop a youth driving a luxury car while talking on his mobile phone, had to fight for his life after the motorist sped away with the policeman on the bonnet of the vehicle. <br /><br />Traffic constable Davinder Singh suffered injuries after he was dragged on the bonnet of the car for around 500 meters from Matka Chowk to the light point of sectors 9 and 10 on Sunday night. Singh finally fell off the car.<br /><br />The police control room (PCR) van chased the accused and arrested Aftab and his friend, identified as Karambir Singh.
