Mehul Choksi, accused of the PNB scam, has appeared for the first time and released a video and gave his explanation on the whole matter. In a video released from Antigua, Mehul Choksi claimed that all the allegations made by the ED(Enforcement Directorate) were false and baseless. Choksi said that the ED has illegally seized its assets and there is no basis for it.
