Banks had offered Airbus helicopters for the auction to recover their outstanding debts from fugitive liquor businessman Vijay Mallya. Two helicopters of Kingfisher Airlines were sold for Rs 8.5 crore in the auction held on Wednesday.<br />An official said that both the helicopters were auctioned for Rs 8.5 crore. The reserve price for both the helicopters was kept at Rs 3.5 crore.
