Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Chief minister Omar Abdullah termed the situation in the state as ' very serious' on Wednesday even as over 50,000 people have been rescued by the Indian Army in the worst floods that the state has seen in the last six decades.<br /><br />“The situation is very serious. The opposition should not play politics over it as it is not in my hands to start and stop rains.
