Former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit made a shocking statement Thursday backing BJP’s willingness to form government in Delhi that is under President’s rule after Kejriwal’s resignation in February this year.<br /><br />Sheila Dikshit who recently resigned as the Governor of Kerala said that if the BJP is in a position to form government in Delhi then it must go ahead.<br /><br />“If the BJP has enough numbers to form government then it must certainly do so.
