Major General Rizwan Akhtar has been appointed Director General of Pakistan's inteligence agency ISI on Monday.<br /><br />The officer will assume the charge of his new appointment on November 8.<br /><br />Maj Gen Rizwan was commissioned in Pakistan Army in Frontier Force Regiment in September 1982.
