Convener of Aam Aadmi Party's Maharashtra unit Anjali Damania and state secretary Preeti Sharma Menon have resigned from all party positions citing personal reasons, an official statement said today.<br /><br />"I am giving up my responsibility as a state convener, from the membership of the state executive and as spokesperson of the party in Maharashtra. I request to be relieved with immediate effect. As I have always said, my heart and soul is and will always remain with AAP," Damania said in her resignation letter addressed to the Maharashtra State Executive Committee.<br /><br />"The responsibility of a convener is huge. I have tried to do it to the best of my abilities.
