Karnataka will transfer former Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa to her home state from Parappana Agrahara central jail if the neighbouring state makes a formal request, sources in the government said.<br /><br />Transferring Jayalalithaa to Tamil Nadu would relieve Karnataka police and the administration of a huge responsibility.
