Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) flag has once again re-surfaces in downtown Srinagar on Friday (October 17). The protesters displayed ISIS flag in Jamia Masjid area of old Srinagar city. <br /><br />Earlier in October first week a protester waved an ISIS flag after Eid prayers in Srinagar, in the second such incident in recent times. In July too, a similar incident had occurred in the Valley.
