Delhi Assembly Election, Polls: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said the national capital has around eight lakh fake voters and accused the BJP of being behind the "scam".<br /><br />"In Delhi, 3,96,914 voters have 11,50,509 voter identity cards, which means one voter has three to four cards," Kejriwal said at a press conference.<br /><br />The former Delhi chief minister said he met Chief Election Commissioner V.S.
