AAP levelled charges against Delhi BJP Chief Satish Upadhyay, alleging that his companies had supplied electric meters to Anil Ambani-group controlled power utility BSES and that as a quid pro quo the saffron party was soft on discoms indulging in corruption. <br /><br /><br />Upadhyay has denied these charges and announced that he will file a criminal defamation case against AAP for making "false and fabricated" allegations against him.
