An Air India pilot assaulted a flight engineer inside cockpit at Chennai airport. The pilot pushed the engineer while they were inside the cockpit as the latter went inside to get his diary signed. <br /><br />The incident led to the delay of the flight AI 143 from Delhi-Chennai-Paris by an hour due to which 25 passengers are still at Chennai airport and are likely to miss their Paris flight. <br /><br />The engineer has been taken to the nearby hospital for first aid.
