The Chief of Indian Army, General Dalbir Singh Suhag, praised the martyred Colonel MN Rai, who laid his life fighting against terrorists in Tral last evening. <br /><br />Suhag said that Rai was a brave officer and had also received awards for his quick action on Republic Day. Suhag said that army will always be acting on a tipoff to fight insurgents and protect the country from any harm.
