West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday said actor Amitabh Bachchan, who was been conferred the Padma Vibhushan, was a legend and he deserved a Bharat Ratna. <br /><br /><br />"The Padma Vibhushan to Amitabh Bachchan is not enough. He is a legend in his lifetime.
