Delhi Assembly Elections 2015: A clash broke out on Friday between Congress and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supporters in Model Town area of North-West Delhi.<br /><br />AAP alleged that Congress supporters were distributing cash and liquor to the voters in slum clusters and when they stopped them, a clash broke out.
