A police vehicle belonging to the convoy of Haryana chief minister M L Khattar ran over a pedestrian on the national highway near Karnal on his journey from Chandigarh to the national capital. The incident took place last night.<br />Two policemen, the driver of the car and the pedestrian were severly injured, following which they were taken to a trauma center in Karnal.
