Janta Express Death Toll Rises: At least four passengers were killed and 12 others were seriously injured in a train accident in Raebareli district of Uttar Pradesh on Friday morning.<br />According to railway officials, two coaches and engine of Dehradun-Varanasi Janta Express (14266) derailed near Bachhrawan station.
