Even as the Moga case continues to reverberate across the state, a similar case of molestation of a woman aboard a moving private bus surfaced in Khanna on Sunday. What makes the case even worse is that the bus did not stop after being signaled to stop by the police at a check-point and could finally only be apprehended after a chase. Police have impounded the private bus and registered a case. All accused are absconding. In her complaint, the woman claimed that a man clad in a white kurta pyjama sat next to her in the bus and started touching her inappropriately.
