The Delhi High Court today sought responses from the Centre, Delhi Lieutenant Governor and the AAP government here on a plea seeking quashing of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's order appointing 21 Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs as Parliamentary Secretaries to ministers.
