It's an unprecedented stand-off. Arvind Kejriwal has bared his anti-establishment fangs in sensational fashion. The Delhi Chief Minister mas moved a resolution in the state assembly rejecting the center's notifaction that he beleives curbs his powers. In addition and rather distubingly Kejriwal has also sought powers to impeach the L-G or the centre's representative in the state. This sort of a confrontation is virtually unheard of.
