One of North Korea's top diplomats has again hinted that Kim Jong-un's stance on relations with the U.S. could've shifted.<br /> Speaking to reporters in Hanoi on Friday, North Korea's Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Choe Son-hui said she feels Kim's feelings toward Washington could have changed,... adding Kim was surprised by President Trump's way of thinking and negotiating style.<br />While she stressed it's her personal opinion, Choe said, if Pyeongyang's demands are met, the situation could change,... but as of now, there seems little reason to continue holding talks. <br />She also mentioned Kim Jong-un's New Year's speech where he said if the U.S. doesn't offer corresponding measures, the regime will have to think of new ways moving forward. <br />
