6 days before crucial NSA level talks - unprovoked firing by Pakistan has claimed 6 innocent lives in the valley. Taking cognizance of the situation, India summoned the Pakistani Envoy Abdul Basit to resigter a strong complaint. But a defiant Basit shifted the blame on India saying that there were atleast 70 ceasefire violations from the Indian side in the last few days.
