After killer roads & toxic lakes, a tragedy has occurred in a gutter, 2 labourers were choked to death while performing manual scavenging in a pothole in the heart of the capital. The incident happened right outside the Home of Karnataka Minister of Social Welfare H Anjaneya, the minister who is responsible to prevent such incidents as manual scavenging is banned. But, 2 hapless men lost their lives while cleaning the minister's gutter.
