The West Champaran police have detained a man carrying an air gun at Rahul Gandhi's Bihar rally on Saturday morning, said reports. The local police have reportedly launched an investigation into the matter. The Congress vice-president is holding a rally in Champaran district in view of the state assembly election in the state to be held next month.
