Delhi Police Sunday claimed to have busted an ISI espionage racket and arrested a Border Security Force head constable from Rajouri for allegedly leaking crucial documents related to national security to the Pakistani intelligence agency through an agent.<br />The BSF head constable, arrested by Delhi Police’s Special Cell, has been identified as Abdul Rasheed, resident of Manjakote.
