Four murders, including those of an engineer and a businessman today, within a span of four days in Bihar have once again given the Opposition fodder to target the Nitish Kumar government over deteriorating law and order in the state.<br /><br />After two engineers working with Gurgaon-based C&C Construction company were shot dead in Darbhanga on Saturday when they reportedly failed to pay levy, another engineer was hacked to death in Vaishali today.
