In yet another incident highlighting collapsing law and order in Bihar, a local LJP leader, Baijnathi Singh, has been gunned down in Bihar. The incident happened when he was coming to Patna along with his family members.<br /><br />8 armed men stopped his vehicle and opened fire with AK-47.
