Former Biju Janata Dal Leader Baijayant Panda to join BJP; Lok Sabha Elections 2019

BJD had suspended Baijayant Panda from the party over alleged anti-party activities in January last year. Subsequently, he resigned from Biju Janata Dal in May 2018. Party sources said, he is set to join the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.
