‘The Voice’ Contestant<br />Janice Freeman Dead at Age 33 Freeman died on March 2, 2019,<br />from a severe case of pneumonia<br />and a blood clot that traveled to her heart. She was also battling lupus and had<br />previously overcome cervical cancer. Freeman competed on season 13<br />of the NBC show ‘The Voice’ in 2017. She was a member of team Miley<br />and finished in the top 11 contestants. Cyrus posted a photo of the two<br />on Instagram, mourning her friend’s death. Miley Cyrus,<br />via Instagram Freeman is survived by her husband and 12-year-old<br />daughter, as well as her mother and siblings.
