U.S. President Donald Trump has angrily rebuffed reports joint military exercises with South Korea were discussed during the Hanoi summit. <br />President Trump tweeted Monday that the decision to cancel the ROK-U.S. joint military exercises was made long ago... because it costs Washington too much money and the U.S. is not reimbursed for such tremendous cost. <br />
