A passenger holding a horse out of a car to walk it on a highway.<br /><br />The bizarre video, filmed in Sanmenxia City in central China's Henan Province on February 26, shows a horse being held by a passenger through a rope in a moving car and walking beside the vehicle along the motorway. <br /><br />It was unclear as to why the passenger was walking the horse in this strange way. Police fined the driver and deducted the points on his licence.
