A cat refused to move in the water when his owner tried to make him exercise in water to treat his legs.<br /><br />The funny video, filmed in Hong Kong on March 3, shows the 11-year-old cat in a life jacket chilling in a basin of water and meowing to his owner.<br /><br />Since the cat had arthritis, the vet suggested him to do some exercise in water as a treatment.<br /><br />However, he was just held by his owner and floated in the water without moving at all.
