The MCA is appealing to the Health Ministry to reopen the non-profit Mawar Haemodialysis Centre (MHC) which was ordered to close on Feb 14 by the ministry.<br /><br />State MCA chief Siow Koi Voon said they have received many complaints now that patients have to travel as far as to Jelebu, Tampin or Kajang for treatment.
