The top nuclear envoys of South Korea, the United States and Japan will hold trilateral talks in Washington on Wednesday,... to discuss the next steps after the second Pyeongyang-Washington summit.<br />The talks were confirmed by the U.S. State Department,... who told Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency that U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun will meet bilaterally and trilaterally with his South Korea and Japanese counterparts.<br />South Korea's top nuclear envoy Lee Do-hoon arrived in Washington on Tuesday for a three day visit.<br />Japan will be represented by Kenji Kanasugi. <br />
