"미세먼지, 중국발 원인 있는 것 사실", 강경화, 中 외교부 대변인 반박<br /><br />It is a fact that the extreme levels of fine dust in the country are partly caused by China.<br />That's coming from Seoul's foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha who was answering a question on remarks by Beijing after attending a closed-door seminar at the National Assembly on Thursday.<br />Beijing's foreign ministry spokesperson said a day earlier that he does not know if there is sufficient evidence to say South Korea's fine dust is from China. <br />Minister Kang added Seoul is continuously raising the issue with Beijing and the foreign affairs ministry is working with both countries' environment ministries to come up with a solution.
