South Korea's top nuclear envoy Lee Do-hoon says the U.S. is ready to engage in dialogue with North Korea.<br />Lee arrived in Seoul after discussing the outcome of the second North Korea-U.S. summit with his counterpart Stephen Biegun in Washington.<br />Upon his arrival, he told reporters that South Korea and the U.S. had good talks.<br />He also said the U.S. firmly believes the Hanoi summit was productive and constructive. <br />
