The power of family was on display as drone video captured three wild Asian elephants rescuing a calf washed away in a river in southwestern China.<br /><br />The heartwarming moment, filmed by the monitoring team in Pu'er City in Yunnan Province on September 11, shows a baby elephant being washed away when trying to cross the river.<br /><br />The mother elephant sees it first and chases after it, followed by two other adult elephants.<br /><br />They manage to save the calf by using their bodies to stop it drifting away, and together push it to the side of the river.<br /><br />Finally, the calf was set back on shore safely.
