Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 tbsp Oil<br />Onions, chopped<br />1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic&Green Chilli paste<br />250 gms Minced Mutton<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric powder<br />1 tsp East Indian Bottle Masala<br />1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder<br />1 tsp Sugar<br />1 tsp Lemon juice<br />Salt<br />2 tbsp Mint Leaves <br />2 tbsp Coriander leaves<br />500 gms Potatoes, boiled&peeled<br />1/2 cup Fresh Bread Crumbs<br />1 Egg<br />Oil for frying<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat a pan, add oil, onions, saute until they turn translucent in colour.<br />Add ginger-garlic&green Chilli paste, stir it for 30-4- secs on high flame till the raw flavor goes off.<br />Add mutton, give it a good stir and cook it on high flame for 2-3 minutes.<br />Add turmeric powder, bottle masala, black pepper powder, sugar, lemon juice, salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, give it a good mix and allow it to cook on high flame till the meat is well done.<br />Let the mixture cool down.<br />In a bowl of mashed potatoes, add breadcrumbs, salt, mix well and make a little bigger then lemon-sized balls.<br />Create a depression with the use of your thumb and make like a bowl.<br />Add the meat mixture and try to encase the mixture into the potato mix.<br />Pat it lightly and make it look like a chop/cutlet.<br />Beat an egg, dip the chop into the egg and transfer into the breadcrumbs.<br />Heat oil in a vessel and keep it inside the refrigerator for minimum 15 mins and then fry the chops until they turn golden brown on both sides.<br />Once its done and ready, transfer it on a tissue paper.<br />Our Potato Chops are ready.<br />
