Oil and gas mixed with soil and rocks shoot out of the ground beside the river in Agusan del Norte, the Philippines on March 3.<br /><br />The dramatic scene was caused after workers drilling the ground accidentally struck oil and gas deposits. It was reported to the country's Energy department for inspection.<br /><br />Local geologist, Florante More, said: "The black liquid spurting from the ground is unmistakably oil in its raw form that still requires refining technology before becoming fuel for commercial use."
