The UN Security Council has granted a sanctions waiver... allowing family members separated during the Korean War to hold reunions using video conference calls. <br />A foreign ministry source told Arirang TV on Saturday... that the UNSC had given Seoul permission to send a range of equipment needed for the video connection to the North,... including cameras. <br />All 15 members of the council reportedly gave the green light,... including the U.S.,... which is also working on exemptions to unilateral North Korea sanctions to support this effort. <br />This is also in line... with promises made by the two Koreas during their third summit in Pyeongyang to resume family reunions. <br />
