The UN Security Council has granted a sanctions waiver... allowing family members separated during the Korean War to hold reunions... using video conference calls. <br /> A foreign ministry source told Arirang TV on Saturday... that the UN Security Council had approved South Korea's request to send a range of equipment needed for the video connection, including cameras, to the North.<br />All 15 members of the council reportedly gave the green light,... including the U.S.,... which is also working on exemptions to unilateral sanctions... in support of this effort. <br />This is in line... with promises made by the two Koreas during their third summit in Pyeongyang to resume family reunions. <br />
