Korean smartphone and display maker LG has been ranked 48th in the world in terms of corporate reputation and credibility.<br />In the annual survey by the Reputation Institute, called RepTrak 100,... it beat out American giants Amazon and Apple... which were in 56th and 57th places, respectively.<br />Luxury watchmaker Rolex and toy producer Lego maintained their first and second place standings.<br />The institute pointed out that information technology firms did not fare well this year due to slowing demand.<br />The RepTrak findings are used as reference for consumers and investors.<br />Meanwhile, Korea's biggest conglomerate, Samsung Group, ranked 52nd this year. <br />
