South Korea's National Secuirty Council is closely communicating with its corresponding body in the U.S. regarding North Korean issues..., especially on the apparent construction taking place at the Dongchang-ri missile launch site.<br /> The Blue House texted the statement to the local press corps on Monday.... when asked about a possible phone conversation between President Moon's top security adviser Chung Eui-yong and his American counterpart John Bolton.<br />The two are expected to talk over the phone this afternoon.<br />This call comes after Bolton had said on Sunday.... that he planned to discuss reports of such activity in the North with his South Korean counterpart in the near future. <br />
