Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo said the freedom of speech has its limits and must be looked at in the context of the law that exists. <br /><br />He added that public order and national security must be maintained. <br /><br />Gobind was met by reporters after the opening of the second session of the 14th Parliament on Monday.
