Supporters of the law say the concept discriminates against those who don't have a bank account or can't qualify <br />for a credit card. Those who favor cash also say that it keeps their transactions private. The law won't affect stores that require a membership, like Costco or <br />BJ's Wholesale Club. Parking lots and garages are also exempted.
