A security guard in northern China whipped a heavy steel chain around to work out.<br /><br />The bizarre video, shot in Qinhuangdao City in Hebei Province on March 6, shows a security guard waving a heavy steel chain in a park.<br /><br />According to reports, the security guard tried the steel chain once during a performance and then started to play with it as a whip.<br /><br />He has kept exercising in this way for three years and it helped him recover from lumbar and cervical spondylosis.
